Guided meditation for Root Base / Muladhara Chakra

Guided grounding meditation with the intention to assist in the connection to your root base energy center, encouraging feelings of security, abundance and belonging.  

WAKE-UP AND RISE WITH ROXI

 Yogic morning routine with Pranayama breathwork, mobility movement and mindfulness meditation.  Please remember that this is your practice and you should only use my instructions as a guide.  Suitable for most, except expecting Mother's and those with blood pressure issues. 

BUILD HIP MOBILITY AND STRENGTH

 Accessible for beginners, this yoga sequence will help improve your strength, flexibility and mobility focusing on your hips and lower back as well as your quadriceps and hamstrings. As every yoga class, this is a suggestive practice and it is your responsibility to listen and honor your body.   

Yoga shapes for lower back and shoulders

This is a short yoga asana sequence to help release your lower back and shoulders. Great for before and after you play squash or tennis. Please note that you are responsible for your own body and this video should be used as a guide only
