You will need to keep a 10 day food, drink, sleep and toileting diary ahead of our first call. Over 1 - 2 months we have 3 calls, with an optional monthly or seasonal check in. The first 3 calls set you up and the follow up calls keep you on track, especially as life changes and priorities shift. Ayurveda is about prevention of dis-ease and helping our body, mind and heart find its natural balanced state, resulting in a happy and healthy life.
This is time for me to get to know you. We will discover what your prakruti (natural constitution) is as well as your vrakruti (your imbalances). This is an in-depth discussion where we will cover lifestyle, preferences, home life and symptoms and we will use as the framework to map out your unique lifestyle and nutrition guide to help heal and prevent dis-ease.
I will then go away and analyse your information and create a unique Ayurveda Lifestyle and Nutrition Guide for you to follow. This is with the aim of alleviating any symptoms you may be experiencing as well as creating an environment where you feel stable and strong in mind, body and heart. You will receive a guide on understanding Ayurveda and recipe ideas.
After you receive my recommendations, you'll have 3 weeks to follow the guidance and make changes. We will then have our third call after these 3 weeks have passed to discuss your progress and iron out any hiccups. If something is particularly challenging, this is an opportunity to discuss this and I can make alternative recommendations.
Life happens! These calls are optional, however, they are fantastic if you want an anchor to keep you accountable and on track. I share seasonal recipes and we discuss any areas within your life where you may need support to recalibrate and find your way back to a balanced state.
Anyone who is ready to invest in their health and wellbeing. I act as your guide, but I'm not a "police woman"... This is not a strict militant-syle diet. Ayurveda an lifestyle choice and is about ebbing and flowing with life and her tides.
